How to cancel your Yarniverse Membership
1. Go to https://members.knitstars.com/login Log in and click on the Yarniverse Product
2. Select the Avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen
3. Set up your Knit Stars shop
4. Once connected you will receive an email to verify your new account.
5. Click “Connect Your Shop Account” then activate it by creating a password.
6. Click Manage Memberships
7. Select the membership you would like to cancel
8. Click cancel membership at the bottom of the page.
If you have previously made the connection to Knit Stars Shop and wish to cancel your membership -
- Sign into your account at loopslove.myshopify.com.
- Click on the avatar icon at the top right hand corner of your screen
- Follow the directions above beginning with step number 6 - Manage Subscriptions
