These past couple of weeks I’ve been writing to you about breaking – “not like porcelain, but like the waves.” Rolling with the tides. Nurturing resilience and growth.

But lest you think I’m perfectly peaceful and kum-bay-yah all the time, allow me to share a little embarrassing story…

So a couple days ago, I realized the electricity was out in two of the bedrooms of my condo where I live in Northwest Florida. I checked the breaker box, found a breaker had tripped, and reset it.
