My dear, wise friend GG said something in a recent YouTube video that I almost missed, it went by so fast. But it was profound, and I can’t get it out of my head.

She said the world needs “less or, more and.”

Her point was that we should stop judging others (and ourselves)…stop asserting that one thing is better than another.

Multiple WIPS or project monogamy

Metal needles or plastic

Wool or acrylic

Knit or crochet

Here’s the thing: If you’re making stitches, you’re one of us.

We are all together in this thriving world of craft and community.

It’s simple, and it’s powerful.
