This 100% cashmere yarn hails from one of the most prestigious cashmere mills in Italy. In order to create the absolute best and finest cashmere, Clinton Hill follows their yarn production from start to finish…

Each spring, when the goats naturally shed their coats, the herders begin the process to harvest the cashmere. This begins by gently combing the goat, gathering the delicate underfleece without causing any harm to the animal.

The annual production of each goat is about 3 balls of yarn, which is why cashmere is so luxurious – each small batch of sublime fiber is the result of hard work, patience and passion.

Kim’s round, 4-ply superwash merino base called “Sugar Cookies” is tightly plied with a silver toned Lurex barber pole that provides plenty of sparkle without being scratchy.

This subtle bling is just right for Justyna Lorkowska’s light pullover, “Este.”

This tee is worked seamlessly from top to bottom, with contiguous set-in sleeves. With plenty of positive ease and those sweet shoulder details, you’ll be pulling this top out to show off your sparkle!

The pattern recommends US size 5 (3.75mm) and size 4 (3.5mm) needles. This top is designed to be worn with 6-10″ of positive ease. You’ll need 3 (3, 4)(4, 5, 5) skeins of Sugar Cookies to make finished bust size 40 (43.75, 47.25)(51, 54.5, 58.25)”.

To knit this in Madelinetosh TML + Tweed, you’ll need 1 skein of your contrast color for any size, plus 3 skeins of your main color for Size A, 4 skeins for Sizes B-E, or 5 skeins for Sizes F-I. This yardage is sufficient for the long-sleeved version.

When we saw all these colors together, we imagined a beautiful colorwork hat inspired by Shetland, England. Tracey Doxey designed this fairy tale hat, called “My Falling Leaves.”

“One Pan Chicken Feta Pasta” from wellplated-dot-com is one of those recipes that has something for everyone in the family – feta flavor for the grown ups, noodles for the kiddos, easy clean up for the cook!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless breasts, – split in half
1 teaspoon kosher salt – divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano – (14.5-ounce cans)
2 cups water
1 pound whole wheat fettuccini pasta – or substitute another long, straight pasta such as spaghetti
4 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese – divided
Finely chopped fresh basil – optional

Directions:
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven with a lid, heat the olive oil over high for 1 minute, then add the chicken breast halves. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the black pepper.

2. Cook the chicken on one side for 8 minutes, moving it around in the pan a little to prevent sticking, but not too much, so that a nice crust will form.

3. Flip, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, then cook for five additional minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

4. Add the diced tomatoes and water. Stir in the pasta and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cover and let cook an additional 10 minutes.

5. Remove the lid, stir, then add three-quarters of the feta. Stir once more, then let cook uncovered for 5 additional minutes. Serve warm, sprinkled with the remaining feta cheese and fresh basil.
