I’ve spent so many years of my life looking externally for a person or idea or goal make me feel complete…

And I’ve spent so many more years letting other people and ideas and goals make me feel small or, sometimes, even defeated.

But no more.

Everything I need is inside of me, and everything you need is inside of you.

Please don’t let anyone else’s shiny finished objects or judgements of your technique or “offhand” comments about the size of your stash take away one single moment of your creative joy.

Your creativity is yours and yours alone. It’s breathtakingly beautiful and it deserves to be nourished, watered and cared for as lovingly – and as often – as possible.
